If you are near the very end of your product then yes, you can unscrew the cap to get out the last remaining cream.

When the product is completely used up, if you want to prime the same product, you can use a cotton swab (don’t use your fingers) to push the plunger back into place and prime the product into the bottle.

When you want to prime other products, we recommend that you clean the bottle thoroughly before use to prevent chemical reactions between different products.
