PROCESS
From idea to delivery
Please send us product drawings or samples and specify your detailed customization requirements.
After receiving your materials, we will review them and provide a quotation for your confirmation.
Once you confirm the quotation, please sign the contract and make the payment. We will then start the mold design work based on the drawings or samples.
After the mold is debugged, we will produce samples and attach a test report for your review and confirmation.
Once the samples are approved by you, please pay the advance payment, and we will immediately start mass production.
After the mass production is completed, if you need a pre – shipment sample, we will arrange to send it to you for a second inspection.
After the samples are confirmed, we will package the products and provide you with packaging photos and quality inspection reports. Once the packaging is completed, we will prepare for delivery. Shipping methods include sea freight, air freight, land transportation, and rail transportation. The available shipping terms include FOB (we deliver the goods to the domestic port) and DDP (we deliver the goods to your door and are responsible for customs clearance and import duties).
Please confirm the shipping method and terms and pay the balance. We will then arrange the shipment. After the goods are shipped, we will provide you with documents such as packing lists, invoices, bills of lading, or courier tracking numbers so that you can track the shipment information.
